2004 Chinook 27' Summit -Sacramento Area
Nevada City, CA
In all fairness it should be stated again that this unit is 16 years old. Although well maintained as outlined above there are some things present that are to be expected.
The exterior has some scratches and few small dents here and there. While the interior is in overall better shape cosmetically, you can still find signs of its age and wear. Again, this is to be expected and is certainly fixable with a little elbow grease.
The only area I saw that needs some attention was the bay flooring in the compartment that holds the water hookup's and holding tanks. As is often the case there were times when this compartment floor got wet. This has resulted in the only area of rusting that I noticed.
As for the much more concerning question of roof leaks, I saw No evidence of such. I'm sure this fact can be contributed to this coach having lived most of its live under the protection of a carport / garage.
All this said, the seller reports this unit is ready and waiting to hit the road when you are.
